By accessing or using underlab.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Description of Service
underlab.io is a data analytics platform providing probabilistic analysis, statistical models, and AI-generated insights related to high-variability, unpredictable ("chaotic") sports events. While Formula 1 racing is the Platform's inaugural focus, the scope of underlab.io extends to any sport characterized by a high degree of stochastic variability, including but not limited to: motorsports, rally racing, extreme sports, MotoGP, endurance racing, and other competition formats where environmental, mechanical, and human factors produce highly dynamic outcomes.
The Platform offers pre-event, in-event, and post-event analysis including competitor performance data, venue and circuit analysis, weather impact modeling, incident probability estimates, and AI-driven race or match outcome predictions.

All content, predictions, probabilities, statistics, and insights provided by underlab.io are strictly for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional advice of any kind — whether sporting, financial, or otherwise. underlab.io makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or prediction presented across any sport or event covered. Users acknowledge that chaotic sports are inherently unpredictable by nature, and that all probabilistic outputs carry inherent uncertainty regardless of the algorithmic sophistication behind them.
No Liability
underlab.io, its developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information, prediction, or analysis provided by the Platform — across any sport, event, or competition covered. This limitation applies regardless of the sport, format, or type of analysis consumed. Use of this Platform is entirely at your own risk.
Expansion of new features
underlab.io is an evolving platform. New sports, competitions, and event types may be added over time at the sole discretion of the Platform's developers. The addition of a new sport does not alter or expand any rights granted to users under these Terms. All new content and analytics, regardless of sport, remain subject to the same informational-only limitations described in Section 3.
Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, models, designs, and materials on underlab.io are the intellectual property of underlab.io unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content, data output, or probabilistic model without prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose across any jurisdiction
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the Platform's data, models, or algorithms
- Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security, or data pipelines
- Misrepresent underlab.io's predictions or probabilistic outputs as guaranteed outcomes in any sport
- Use Platform data to build competing products or services without explicit written authorization
Third-Party Data and Links
The Platform may rely on or link to third-party data sources and websites, including but not limited to official sporting bodies, weather services, and competition organizers. underlab.io is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data, nor for the content or practices of any external websites referenced.
Modifications to the Platform and Terms
underlab.io reserves the right to update, expand, or modify the Platform — including the sports and events covered — as well as these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
